Sit-Down Dinner

 

First Course

  • Seafood salad with scallops, shrimp, crab, capers and avocados
  • Fresh figs stuffed with goat cheese, honey, pecans and red wine
  • Tuscan salad with Kalamata olives, red onions, cannellini beans, and green beans

 

Main Course  

  • Red pepper salsa marinated salmon
  • and
  • Our famed baby rack of lamb marinated with soy and ginger and served with apricot demi-glace
  • Served with caper infused roasted bouquet of fresh seasonal vegetables and mashed potato cranberry croquette
